Shadow boxes are usually made to order but there are usually some themed ones available - Christmas, Hallowe'en etc. The one above was made for a friend to remind her of her childhood in the West Indies. It is 2 1/2" deep, framed and with an acrylic front. Prices start at £15. Warning! Don't look too closely at the sunbathers in the distance! Below and right is "Byways Morning" depicting the view from a horse owning friend's Sussex cottage.  |
